Ready, Set, Let’s Go

Ready, Set, THRIVE!

Ready, Set, THRIVE is a therapist-led group program designed to help teens build independence through developing real-world community exploration, executive functioning, and work readiness skills.

The program emphasizes executive functioning skills such as planning, organization, time management, problem-solving, and emotional regulation. Teens are also supported in developing job readiness skills, including resume building, completing applications, interview preparation, workplace behavior, basic money management, and vocational skill development.

Evidence-based PEERS® social skills strategies are integrated throughout to promote confidence and success in both community and work environments.

The group runs through lunchtime, providing a structured and supportive mealtime experience focused on independence, social interaction, and relationship-building.
