Hear From Our Team

“Skills on the Hill is an amazing place of employment.”

“I was the Office Manager at the DC location for a little over a year. The company prides itself on diversity, work life balance and professional.

All full-time employees are given sick leave, vacation days, and bi-weekly accrued PTO. The company does not recognize all major holidays however, employees receive floating holidays. These are intended to be observed on days that aligns with your culture and religion.

Kristen Masci is the owner and let’s just say she does not subscribe to a specific title. She’s a certified Occupational Therapist who’s willing to assist with any tasks needed including, cleaning, scheduling, marketing, community engagement, etc. You name it, Kristen is willing to do it. She’s a true gem!

I truly wish I would have stayed. However, I’ve relocated and the commute just isn’t feasible.”
