Bringing Pediatric Therapy to the Settings Where Children Learn and Grow

Skills on the Hill has spent more than 20 years serving children across the Washington, DC metropolitan area — in clinics, homes, and schools. We believe that the most effective therapy meets children where they are. That is why we partner with charter schools, private schools, preschools, and daycare programs to bring occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, and assistive technology services directly into the communities where children spend their days.

Our team of 30 clinicians is DC-licensed, board-certified, and experienced in both educational and medical models of service delivery. We understand IEP compliance, Medicaid billing, insurance documentation, and the practical realities of working within a school schedule. We show up prepared, we communicate clearly, and we are committed to the children and families we serve.
